How do you protect confidential information?
An NDA is signed before any information is shared. Every agent and VA signs an individual confidentiality agreement before touching your account. Communications are encrypted, access is role-controlled, and full audit logs are maintained.
Are VAs really individually background-checked?
Yes — every single one. Criminal history, identity verification and employment references checked individually before placement. They then complete a multi-week training program and sign a confidentiality agreement.
